Overpriced for what you get. Building is old and it shows.
NOT worth the $1100 you'd be paying for a one bed, one bath apartment!!!! Do not rent from this place! Stay far away from it. Broken water pipes in the wall that are leaking out into the hallways, you can see the wet stains on the carpets in the hallways, leaky pipes in the ceilings, no maintenance person on call 24/7. When I lived here, it took the ONE maintenance guy to come fix my dishwasher and garbage disposal. Instead of spending a few hours on fixing those things, he was only in my unit for an hour.
