RecommendedI love how these apartments are a second chance property. The manager was very informative and helpful.
Do not rent here! I lived there for two and a half years, and it was horrible. The living conditions were horrendous and repairs are rarely made. On-site management turns over every 4-6 months, and there is no communication with tenants when water is shut off, which happens a lot due to sewage issues and flooding. Worst experience of my life.
highly recommend looking for a better living option.

dont rent here management makes it sound better than it is. i put a work order in about a leak coming from upstairs maintenance cut a hole in the ceiling and told me to take a photo of it leaking... REALLY well they sent an email saying work order complete. how come my toilet upstairs is leaking all kinds of blue bleach from the tablet i put in the tank.. STILL TO THIS DAY BUT WORK ORDER COMPLETE. I DONT CARE IF THE FLOOR FALLS THROUGH I DID MY PART NOW DO YOURS...BEEP BEEP BEEP
I wouldn't even give this place one star. I lived here in 2015 and it wasn't all that bad. I decided to try and move in again in 2018. I put in an application in on February 26th and they told me that it would be ready on March 6th, it wasn't ready then they told me it would be ready on March 9th and it wasn't ready, I was then told March 19th that it would be ready and again it wasn't ready.
