I have to take the time to say how impressed and fortunate I feel to have my children seeing Dr. Worden. I had a horrible experience with our previous dentist, who treated my child like a number and spent no time at all explaining my son's dental needs. On the other hand, Dr. Worden spent a half hour with me (the receptionists even offered to help watch my boys!!!!) talking about both my boy's teeth, a healthy dental regimen, and what to expect in the future. Great experience Dr. Worden was very patient and thorough.
Hygienist was great with my 2 year old who even let her floss. Dr. Bill is always very informative and never seems rushed in either his exam of our children or his conversation with us.
Feel very confident that the dental care our son is receiving from Dr. Worden is excellent.
Good kids dentist
High quality service, professional and friendly. I have to start my saying that Dr. Worden was referred to us by our orthodontist for some dental work and I was impressed by the how professional and attentive Dr. Wooden and his staff were. He made us feel welcomed and like family. The attention to the care of each of our daughters was exceptional. I can't see myself going anywhere else for their dental care after that. Dr Worden and his staff are just so nice and extremely professional!
In, out, easy.
I am always impressed the time taken by Dr. Worden and the care he gives to his young patients. His follow up call the evening of my daughter's appointment was a pleasant surprise and just shows the way he keeps on top of his patients. My only suggestion for improvement is for the office staff to look at the patient's name and pronounce it correctly when addressing the family or leaving messages. My daughter's name is Mariana not Marina.
