I've spoken to Richard Williams numerous times and can say unequivocally that he is as respectful and professional as they come. Williams- Williams didn't become the #1 commercial collections firm in Atlanta by accident.
I was looking up my business account information and had to place Richard Williams on mute because I had another call on a different line but still had the Bluetooth in my ear from Williams and Williams. Just as I was about to come back to the phone I heard him say I got this stupid man on the phone that taking too long to look up his check number.
