Dr Williams (who is a lovely man) retired recently and sold his practice to the people running it now. While I was a big fan of dr Williams’ practice, I cannot say the same of the new direction and don’t recommend you come here. First of all, good luck getting them to answer the phone. If you are able to get through and book your appointment, good luck getting here as they moved but have not updated their address on maps. It took months for them to get my prescription correct and I eventually just asked them to use my old prescription. I have since tried to get information from them and they just ignore me. Terrible place!
Been going to the Williams Group for nearly 45 years now, beginning with the senior Ed Williams who fitted me with my first pair of contacts. I now see the next generation of Williams, both for contacts and glasses. I go to them because they are the ideal practitioners of their respective crafts. They treat me well, take superlative care of me and my vision, and utilize the latest in technology so I know that my exams are both well-done and accurate. I always have a great experience here! Dr Williams has helped me out a lot with my contact lenses. He suggested a different lens & solution which has solved my irritated eyes problem - I am so grateful! All of the staff here are excellent & are great to work with. I highly recommend this office!
