I decided to try Williams since I hadn’t been happy at the place I was getting service. Extremely pleased! Staff was courteous, and very accommodating. Prices were very reasonable and wait time was not long at all! They even Offered a loaner car just for the few hours I was going to be waiting! I will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Williams from now on!
Brought my 09 forester in for warranty work it ran just fine. when I drove it away it hardly idled and hesitated and the power steering wasn't working. I had to drive 30 miles and take hours out of my day to be told that even though what the mechanic did yesterday caused these problems they Williams Subaru wouldn't cover the repair. when I confronted the anger who also said the would not cover the repairs I was told to wait outside in the 5 minutes I was waiting outside a mechanic wiped out something and the car is operating... read more
