Minimal support when one of their manufacturers offered a warranty replacement but didn’t have the item to replace it with. Even WS’s own policy promises better support.

Just left about 5 mins ago. We asked politely if they offer gift wrapping, cashier rolls her eyes and says itll be “$8.50” carries on to ask her cowworker if she can do the wrapping. That lady then stares at us with a blank face rolls hers eyes as well and says “its $8.50”. The customers service is ubsturd. These old ladies have nothing better to do then be rude to two 19 year olds. Never going back there again

opt for crate and barrel. i went in the other day and asked to be pointed to the knife section. immediately the worker walks me over and shows me their expensive paring knives. i said i was looking for something a little more casual. (i usually like to browse on my own instead of having someone shove the most expensive thing at me). she suggested i go shop at tj maxx or the grocery store. i went across the highway to crate and barrel and bought a zwilling knife that was on sale for $40 and i was quite pleased. wont be return... read more
