I had the most incredible customer service experience. I felt like royalty, I was only looking for a set of dish towels and the wonderful lady ran all around the store multiple times just for a small item like that. I was also checked on by all the other staff to see if I needed anything. I was so happy when I left there and I will definitely will be going back.
I love shopping here. So many options and beautiful displays. So many options and designs.
Minimal support when one of their manufacturers offered a warranty replacement but didn’t have the item to replace it with. Even WS’s own policy promises better support.
