No one greeted us as we came or left the store. No one offered assistance either. Too bad. Lost sale to Sur la Table, who knows customer service!
Gourmet food store. Consistently busy and seems to need more sales staff to meet the needs of patrons. They are friendly once they get to you.
If you like good quality in kitchen utensils and cookware, this is where you should shop! Just bought a spiraler for veggies! and a cookbook! love this store!
This Williams-Sonoma is huge! They pretty much have everything you could dream up for your kitchen. They have a great selection and the staff is always helpful.
Williams-Sonoma has an incredible selection of kitchen items that are attractive and well made. This is a great place to shop for wedding gifts.
It's hard to walk past this store and not stop in. They have a good assortment of fun kitchen items. I always find great hostess gifts here.
Nice to browse, but when I had a some generous gift cards to use I found the service difficult to bear. It took a looong time to get questions answered. And when ready to check out I seldom found people available to help. And then the service was robotic at best, sometimes surly. I base this review on several visits over several months and not at crowded times of the day.
You would expect great customer Service from a high end store like this but the associates are snooty and treat you like second class citizens.
Website was misleading, went into the store to find a set of tools. From the beginning, the lady who was greeting the door was not very welcoming, she looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to explain to her what I was looking for her. Finally, after many disgusted looks and shaking her head, she suggested something, which turned out to be something over 3x what I was willing to pay.
