Margaret was very helpful. Each time we enter such a clean and cheerful atmosphere, Margaret greets us like we are old friends. We came to William and Sonoma with a list of necessities. Margaret found our air fryer and accessories. The team was very courteous and thoughtful. They loaded everything in the car because of my disabilities. Amazing experience. First time here. Blonde hair lady in glasses was so nice, the store is super clean. I'm impressed. Got my juicer. Will have to come back more.
Bad customer service. Dena likes to lock the door before closing time. than rushes you out of the store before trying to assist you completely.
