I went to Williams Sonoma in Rogers, AR the night of 8-15-25. While in the store, none of the three workers asked if our group needed help.Instead, they all stood behind their work island talking amongst themselves versus helping customers. Ultimately, I found the Halloween section on my own. As a disclaimer, all of my kitchen items are from WS and I purchase their entire Halloween line every year. Margaret was very helpful. Each time we enter such a clean and cheerful atmosphere, Margaret greets us like we are old friends. We came to William and Sonoma with a list of necessities. Margaret found our air fryer and accessories. The team was very courteous and thoughtful. They loaded everything in the car because of my disabilities. Margaret found me a chair and moved the chair around so I could see what my wife wanted to purchase. Thank you for memorial shopping experience. Best wishes from Michael and Susan Small

Amazing experience. First time here. Blonde hair lady in glasses was so nice, the store is super clean. I'm impressed. Got my juicer. Will have to come back more.
