Had the worst experience at the Pavilion William Sonoma. Poor customer service. They brought the wrong thing from back took 20 minutes to get my refund. The sales person didn’t know her product. Guess I will be looking for a new home goods store

I went in today to pick up a couple of things. The guy that helped me choose my items was very helpful. Once I finished shopping g I got ZERO help. The woman at the register area did not even acknowledge that I was waiting. She went about her task, not even to call another clerk to ring me up. I waited to see just how long it would take.
