What a great experience! Eagle was AMAZING in helping my fiancé and register for our wedding. We decided to register at William Sonoma, as my fiancé is an executive chef and we have always had great customer service there. We sure were not disappointed. Awesome store. Great Products. And there are cooking classes! I only have great things to say about the store... and why not? I'm the new Chef heading the culinary program there! Had the pleasure in the last month of being helped by Nick several times in the WC store. Searching for a new fry pan, I bought and tried the Mauviel 10" copper pan. There was just something I didn't like about how it cooked, plus it seemed too thin. Returned the Mauviel and selected the 12" All-Clad Copper Core pan today. I ordered a mattress back in October, to be delivered between 13 - 27 November. Whilst this was estimated I am surprised that having spent all afternoon on the phone they still can't locate the product and say that it will come 'some day soon' and possibly next week they will start talking about when it might get delivered. The vagueness of this has me dismayed, in terms of a contract they have had my money since the end of October and to have no idea when the product will come is poor - especially as it is a $1,000 plus ord... read more
