I am very unhappy with Williams Sonoma. Earlier this month I purchased,online, a 1 1/2 quart Calphalon elite sauce pan - Order #301252751575. I purchased it at 20% discount and applied 2 $25 gift cards given to me by Williams Sonoma. When the item arrived it was smaller than the pan it was replacing so I decided to get the next size up 2 1/2 quarts. RecommendedGreat staff, very professional and helpful
Placed an order for pick up and received and email that I would be notified when it was was ready to picked up. My card was charged only for my order to be canceled. Called them and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Was told that I would have to wait a few days for my refund. Why even charge my card and have the option to purchase this item if it’s not in stock. Do not recommend! Amy and Sharon were no help. Did not care one bit about the inconvenience that they caused.
