RecommendedLast year I had purchased two plates that were on sale @ Wm Sonoma Toronto because I was told they were discontinued. When I arrive back in Buffalo, I called & explained my situation & asked that although they stated none on display, and discontinued through catalog, would they please check their stockroom. The one clerk was Kat & the other was the Mgr & still is there & always helpful. However, I cannot remember her name. Lo & Behold they search & search the stockroom & found exactly the amount I needed. Love this store.

I was told that I could not return items purchased online. I called WS customer service and was told that I can return any item at the store for a replacement or refund. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had issues with this store. When they make a mistake with a return, they acted as if they cannot help. The "store manager" never called me and Lisa was so rude with her high pitch voice that trying to explain to her that whoever did the return previously did it incorrectly was challenging to explain.
