If you want to experience crappy customer service, please go check out William Sonoma at Lenox Mall. They sold me a Dualit four slice toaster, not to long ago. It’s not exactly a cheap throw away toaster (over $350). The toaster has stopped evenly toasting bread, bagels or anything else you put in there. I stopped by a month or two ago and the sales associate told me to bring it back. Well today I brought it back. William Sonoma .com cheated me out of $30, by offering me Free Shipping and a 15% discount if I gave them my email address. I proceeded to check out and I kept looking for the discount to be applied, as it commonly is on other websites. I never received t he discount and I had to pay for shipping. What a scam.
The blonde manager has been mean to the staff the last two days that I've been there. Not only is it uncomfortable for the staff, but it's a very poor customer service experience. Also, if I'd known how difficult they make bridal returns, I wouldn't have registered with Williams-Sonoma.
