Bought a 2lb box of Chocolate Bark with Almonds. Opened it for Christmas with the family and the nuts had gone bad. Tried to bring it back to the store for a refund or exchange and was told all food items were final sale. When I said this was a poor policy, the manager said, "I'll give you $30 to buy something right now." The store also said they received many of these same items returned with the comment of "rancid." My girl's surprised me with a private cooking class for the three of us for my birthday at the Indy store. We had a wonderful time! Mark Gray, the assistant manager, could not have been more attentive to us and Dottie Crebo, who was the chef for our class, was wonderful teacher. You could tell that she has a passion for food and loves to share that passion with others. Can't wait to go back to Indy to do this again!
