I have a review from a year ago where I had trouble with a refund. Experiencing another issue which is going to require another trip into the store by this very angry customer. I think Sur La Table will be getting my business going forward. The hassle is not worth it. I am extremely disappointed and miss what used to be considered excellent customer service through WS.
Had the worst experience at the Pavilion William Sonoma. Poor customer service. They brought the wrong thing from back took 20 minutes to get my refund. The sales person didn’t know her product. Guess I will be looking for a new home goods store

RecommendedI purchased an item online and picked up in store. After getting home noticed part was missing. I am over an hour away and need it this week. The manager Jessica took great care of me, overnighted the piece that was missing!
