Thank you so much to Evelyn for being very patient with me choosing 2 pairs of shoes for work. I felt very indecisive. She served me on 2 separate days. The first day I couldn't decide and didn't buy any and tried on a few styles. I returned a few days later and Evelyn served me again. Again I felt indecisive. Again she was very patient and gave me lots of great advice. So impressed with her customer service! I walked out feeling very satisfied with my purchase and happy with the discount deal I received. Thanks again!
Staff were super helpful and lovely.
Terrible experience buying school schools. The sales assistant was packing shoes up, I asked if we could try a pair of shoes on and she was not interested at all. She rolled her eyes at us and was visibly annoyed that we wanted to try a pair of shoes on. Didn't offer to measure my son's feet. Just a really bad experience. I understand you must get really busy this time of year with school shoes but that is what the shop is for, trying on and buying shoes. Wouldn't recommend this store.
