I bought new boots on last Thursday night, I was so impressed by the customer service I was provided. Gwen truly went above and beyond to help me find the right shoe and the right size. I will be telling all my friends and family to shop here.
Worst customer service!!! Had gone to return faulty Colorado Durin shoes that were bought just 2 months ago. They were sold to us as work shoes amd told us they were water resistant. Inspite of that the shoe was leaving white water marks and the left shoe was releasing colour from within which caused itchiness on the foot . Excellent service by Jasmine . Although the shop was busy she made sure that we were looked after and attended to without hesitation. Would recommend it to anyone to go to blacktown branch if you need service.
