Tech was awesome. He was there an hour at 125 dollars and hour. About 17 dollars in parts. Not to bad until a 386 dollar bill showed up. Not even sure what the other 244 was for. You did take a hundred off of that but still never got a price breakdown. I'll leave it at that.
Williams Service did an excellent job replacing my old hvac system with a new Trane heat pump and furnace. Very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jeff and Adrian were both great!
Jeff was great - did what he said he would and love my new Carrier ductless system.
Jeff and his team were awesome. We had duct installed and a new heat pump system installed. His team was very diligent in making sure everything worked. They also addressed my heating and cooling concerns from my old heat pump system.
