We call Williams Service Company to service our unit. They are very prompt on the phone and the technicians are always great. Very polite and always get the job done quickly. Our unit is very old and these guys have the knowlege. They are very thorough and explain everything.

Had an issue with our thermostat and heat/central air were not setting to the temperatures we input. Called to schedule an appt for next day or next week and the technician called to say they could be out same day. My son said that he was efficient and professional and arrived earlier than expected (called to say he was on his way). Everything seems to be working well thus far and we will definitely use them again for any future needs.
