$1800 to install three valves ten visits and my heat still doesn't work as well as it did when Williams started. I lost heat three times, I had to have another company do the job properly they pointed out all the things Williams did wrong. Owner refused refund was rude said I wish you never called for service. I wish he hadn't put Williams sticker on the boiler in the house I just bought and I didn't see Williams truck advertising on the roads of PA. I cannot express myself enough on how grateful I am for Willams Service Co.! They did such an excellent job that I have to let more people know of this company. My situation was I had 2 systems put in my house and the original person abandoned the job. One system didn’t run right and the other was not even hooked up. I had multiple companies come out to look at the systems to finish the job. I was either quoted an astronomical amount and would take 7-8 days to complete or people out right refused the job. "Williams Service Company" is a lifesaver. We went with a company that stole our money and abandoned the job. Leaving us with an unfinished HVAC system. Bad pipe into boiler.. was quoted an outrageous price from another company. We had no hot water/heat and were in a hurry to find a solution. Jeff came out the very next day, quoted and fixed under an hour. Saved us HUNDREDS of dollars for great work. Highly recommend!
