Had a great experience with Williams Advanced Roofing. Our tile roof was old with leaks and broken tile. They retiled our entire roof and replaced the underlayment just before the big storms in October. Special thanks to Steven and his crew! Honest, trustworthy and a thorough job. I highly recommend! 👍
We recently purchased a house and the home inspector noted a couple of small issues with the roof. I called Williams Advanced Roofing Systems (and two other local businesses) and set up an inspection. Steven Williams was on time and very thorough. He broke the bad news that we needed new paper under the tile and the right fix was a tile reset. He explained he could do a short term patch/fix, to get us a year or two, lay a single layer of paper that would last 20 years or double layer and get a good 40 years out of the repair... read more
