I would avoid Williams Rentals if at all possible. I moved to Charleston last minute and an apt with them is all I could find... and no wonder why!Almost all of they re houses and apartments are outdated and crappy. The toilet in my apartment is from 1970! It flushes 7 gallons a flush and literally cased my water bill to be \$60 every month, which is outrageously high for this area.
