Called the company on Tuesday morning and less than two hours later heard back from owner Kevin. He listened to my problem, said he'd bring a variety of products for the repair, and came with his assistant TJ and the problems were analyized and the repairs were completed in less than two hours. Doesn't call you back...un-reliable. Waiting more than 3 weeks for a call back on a part for a sump pump. Obviously long forgotten.
