The plumber that arrived to check on my leaky faucet was prompt and polite, however he performed all of the work before providing me with a quote which is the exact opposite of what I was told over the phone. To make things worse, I have called Williams Plumbing twice to complain over the last three weeks, and this has not been resolved. I would not recommend Williams Plumbing to anyone that I know.
Very bad service seemed like the plumber didn't want to be at work rude to women at the house
