Counseling in Plano – I found Pamela to be extremely helpful in my situation. We have worked together getting me through some some very tough times. A great listener allowing me to express my feelings and concerns with ease. We came up with solutions together to solve a very stressful situation. Good Listener, Bad Customer Service – She was very pleasant to talk with when I was able to talk to her. First visit, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out remaining paperwork. Thirty five minutes later I left as I had other time commitments. She called me on my cell phone shortly after i left and we talked for about 45 minutes. Best therapist in Texas! – Pamela is by far the most welcoming therapist I have ever worked with. She makes you feel very safe to tell her anything but will tell you what you need to hear in order to "straighten things out", for lack of a better word. She becomes a friend very quickly and will help in anyway that she possibly can. Very friendly staff answering the phones for appointments as well. Many appointment times are taken, but 90% of the time a spot opens up and she gets you in asap. Best in the DFW area!

Best Therapy – Pamela Smale Williams was the most sincere therapist I know of. She is understanding on your feelings, and she is there when you need her the most. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
