IBeing a new client and thinking there would be forms to fill out, I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. The door was locked. We rang the doorbell and a lady inside yelled out ' We're closed.' Another man who had an appointment was also standing by the front door. So we all left. The website and sign in the window make no mention of being closed for lunch. We drove 25 miles and 45 minutes each way to be treated like this?
My husband and I are crazy about Dr. Williams and his staff, because they take excellent care of us!! From the time we enter that happy place and our exit, we feel very well cared for. They are thorough, very considerate of our time, knowledgeable and professional!! Love, love them!!
