I did read the comment given by the other consumer. In this society many people do not value each other and time is rank very low as a sense of value. However, as far as care, concern, and bed-side manner this staff does show great concern. It is a relatively small practice with a large clientele therefore you must weigh your options. I rarely find the need to tell people that a business is just very bad, but this is one of those times. The staff are very friendly but the office lacks time management skills in a major way. On each of my 3 visits to the office I waited at least an hour before I was taken to the back to have vitals taken. I find this ridiculous. I was given various reasons as to why but it was usually because they were "waiting for a room." What does this mean? It means that they are overbooking the staff to make more money.
