I ve been going to Williams for the last five years. The service is excellent and they have a good showroom for all the extras from parts to clothing. The staff is polite courteous and there is no hard sale here! Jay the salesmen is who I always ask for, he is my go to guy and a real pleasure to work with. Never had an issue on anything from scheduling to parts times. I've gone to Edison kosco,liberty and have been most pleased with Williams as being the best. Harley has a recall on hydraulic clutches....Found out some dealers may rebuild cylinder as per recall and may shortcut a flush and bleed of fluid? Reason is Harley allows .4 hours to do this, but after market pipes are in the way and could take up to 2 hours to flush and bleed. I will not accuse any dealer of doing this, but my bike had clutch issues after the recall was done until I took the bike to Williams and Al had the flush and bleed done properly for my bike.
