I was very happy with my visit to Williams HD...the staff there were very nice n well knowledgeable of there jobs...the place was very clean n update with bikes...i picked up some poker chips to pass out to friends....good job, wtg Williams
Williams Harley-Davidson was absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service and care. Mike Meys was excellent in handling the purchase of our Bike and Margaret was absolutely wonderful when it came to helping with apparel. We also had a great experience dealing with the guys over by the parts, I'm sorry I don't know everyone's name. Everyone went way beyond for everything we needed. Would recommend William's Harley to anyone looking for a bike or apparel or even service. You guys are awesome!!!
Best customer service that we have experienced anywhere, ever!!! They really went above and beyond.to help us. Great experience, we will absolutely no doubt return for anything and everything we need!!! Thank you guys soooooo much!! Thank you especially to Margaret and Mike Meys.... Everyone else was great too, sorry don't know everyone's name. Everyone was so friendly and helpful..... will definitely be going back soon!!!
Been going here a couple years now since I got my fls. Margaret in motor clothes is great. She takes the time to learn the locals and always has merchandise that I like. George in parts always very helpful and knowledgeable when ordering new parts. And of course Bobby if he's at this shop or the other will take the time to talk to you. Always a pleasant and personal atmosphere.
Friendly staff. Great looking show room. The apparel department was well stocked.
Great people here they go out of the way too find out what you need An help you get it !!!
