What a delightful experience to be served by the fabulous Amber who from the moment she greets you, she pays attention and listens to your needs and also has input with her knowledge. Really pleased.
Popped in yesterday to buy new school shoes for my 8 year old son. We had the absolute please of being looked after Amber. Her customer service was perfect and she made the whole experience a joy. No easy task when dealing with a 8 year old who didn't want to be there. But Amber was great with him, chatting and evolving him in the decision making. She sure did turn his frown upside down. Thanks Amber your professionalism and engaging personality are greatly appreciated.
