One of the girls that answers the phone is unbelievably disrespectful and rude and also acted cowardly because she refused to give her name to account for her despicable behavior. She answers the phone yet tries to give people advice about their heating - really????!!!! Umm are you licensed with the state of CT to do that? Called to get oil for 2 homes , didn’t realize you need account set up to buy oil , girls in office have no concern or empathy for families that need oil and are happy to cancel or deny business , very dissapointed , I myself , family and everyone I meet I will never recommend them for oil ..they seemed happy to deny me because I had a bad day and apologized for my anxiety they gladly denied my business .
