I ordered 3 large hot chocolates and they were literally half empty when I opened the lid. I'm pissed. Such a scam. Why did I pay so much extra for a cup half filled with air? I also waited almost 10 minutes for these and there was only 1 person who ordered in front of me with a staff of 3. Just embarassing and pathetic to be honest.

Used to be good but visited for the first time in a while and it’s pretty awful now. The inside of the chicken in my wrap was pink, could just be the seasoning but I’m not taking any chances. Coleslaw smelt off. Came with a pickle that I could barely stomach due to how sour it was. The quality has just seemed to drop off entirely.
Normally a good place just ordered a cinnamon waffle and the cream cheese was sour seeming like it had gone bad
Had a terrible experience here. For starters the fridge was turned off at the front where all the drinks and yogurt parfaits were. No sign to say if the fridge was broken and when it was mentioned to the cashier she didn’t know the fridge was off until she asked another employee who said, “yes it’s off”. Ordered a side soup with a mac and cheese dish. Got the mac and cheese first and it was lukewarm to cold.
