We like the most famous quick serve coffee shop in Canada, but as none of that store is in the mall, we decided to try this cafe which is Canadian 🇨🇦 We had a signature coffee - black as we normally do. The coffee was very mild which was sort of OK for a change for us. Prefer it a bit stronger. The temperature of the coffee was disappointing - it was warm (not hot). The service was fine and even the self ordering system worked well. The vibe in food court is good as well and is always clean and tidy.

Asked for a cup of water for my kids. Wanted to charge 50 cents (lame but fine if you want to be super strict about over charging for a plastic cup). Then tried to charge tax on that. Water at Starbucks = free, because of human decency. Imagine losing any form of future business over 50 cents.
