I’ve noticed some inconsistency…. it seems to depend on the staff’s mood that day. Sometimes they allow it, and other times they say the policy has changed. I had the same order yesterday and today, but now I’m being told it’s different…
This tuna sandwich took 20 minutes and cost us 15 dollars.
I ordered 3 large hot chocolates and they were literally half empty when I opened the lid. I'm pissed. Such a scam. Why did I pay so much extra for a cup half filled with air? I also waited almost 10 minutes for these and there was only 1 person who ordered in front of me with a staff of 3. Just embarassing and pathetic to be honest.
25 mins to get our breakfast sandwich. Limited staff - awful service
