3 of us were attending the Barrie Film Festival Friday, Oct.24 and thought this was the perfect place to grab something quick and lite to eat between movies as we've been here before. Prices are decent and food is always good. The place (at 6:05 pm) only had about 8-10 patrons there at the time. One friend ordered a salad w/ feta on the side. We visited their cafe for the first time, and it was an indeed the worst experience there. That includes their costumer service which was very poor, the lady who took order was so arrogant and not helpful at all which nobody expects from a cashier as a costumer. However when she hand over our food I thanked her twice very politely but she was so arrogant with her behaviour and didn’t say a word neither she expressed a word. Good coffee and great atmosphere.
I visited for lunch today, and Debbie provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. It was my coworker’s birthday, and Debbie went above and beyond to make the occasion special.Thank you Debbie.
I like going to williams to study because of the ambiance of the place it’s very cozy, reminds me of a 2000’s coffee shop and it’s spacious. Although I frequent here I’ve started to avoid this place because of the employees working. The employees are very rude and they seem like they’re in a rush to take my order as if the place is busy when it’s completely empty.
