Ordered take out today, paid was told to sit and wait. After awhile, when finally going back to counter was told sorry were waiting for the cook to arrive. Maybe lead with that when you’re taking my order and my money. Asked for a refund and left, I needed to eat not wait for someone to show up for their shift. How do you run a business without a cook???
I ordered a black coffee, just black. But the lady decided to put sweetener. I asked to change it and then she bring me a cold coffee. What happened to williams? Is it becoming another Tim Hortons?
