We were told they would be delivered same day…they were not. We ordered a little red wagon that said “It’s a Boy” as pictured on their website….it does not. The people we ordered with and called to complain to were very nice but we are very disappointed in when and what was delivered.
I just experienced the best customer service from Williams Florists. They made recommendations for two flora arrangements that would be acceptable for delivery to a hospital. The whole process from ordering, to payment, and delivery was excellent. I appreciate them sending me a picture of the arrangements and asked if I wanted to make any changes before delivery.
