Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. Do not order from here if you want to save your money and avoid the stress. I had a terrible experience with this florist. I ordered an expensive bouquet (around $300). They called to confirm the address and said they would send pictures of the bouquet before delivery, but I never received any. This place cannot get it together! 3 days, 3 chances, 3 failures and a possible 4th failure for another woman with same first name that they checked out of the system.....My husband tried sending flowers for our anniversary to my hotel, im on a business trip for our 18th... he ordered a $250 PLUS arrangement.
