I received a Seattle skies bouquet for my 23rd anniversary from my husband. 2 of the 3 roses were completely dead by the next morning and the 3rd by the next. Looked nothing like the picture on the website in the first place. I wish I would have taken pictures of it. It’s already In the compost.

As many of the one star reviews said, I would leave 0 stars if it let me. I ordered the Moody Blues and Urban Dream arrangements for my likely last anniversary with my terminally ill spouse. For the Moody Blues, they sent me a picture of the design they had in mind and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. My husband had a beautiful arrangement as well and chocolates delivered to me. Unfortunately everything reeks of cigarette smoke. I called to report the issue and it was an awkward conversation where all that was said was that my concern would be passed on to management. In the future we will be going through a different florist.
