If I can rate no star, I would. First of all, my husband came home last night and told me what a disappointment flowers was not delivered. But that was not the only disappointment until I received the delivery this morning. To me, it's the same as serving burnt food to customers at a restaurant. What a shame! The flowers were wilting, water is murky, arrangement looks like i can do a better job. There is no fresh smelling flowers but a sour smell. They shipped something other than what I ordered without texting/calling me and than refused to do anything about it. Good if you just want expensive random flowers, horrible customer service.

The flowers were sent to my daughter in law for her birthday. She sent me a picture. While they didn't look exactly like the picture on the website, they were beautiful nonetheless!
