I am so very disappointed. This arrangement was 80 dollars and for a funeral. I specifically asked for a bright and cheery arrangement with no lilies. I specifically told the lady this morning that we were on the other side of the state. I don't know their area. I was charged a 35 dollar delivery fee for a rush since the service is tomorrow and that was ON TOP of the regular delivery fee. So I paid about 55 dollars for delivery. Listen here, I don't know why on God's green Earth you think it's acceptable to do business like this but I'm absolutely fuming right now. Last week, Friday the 9th, I took time out of my day to go online and order a lovely bouquet from your establishment, Williams Flower, even though I had other options in mind. I had a terrible experience with these employees. Just out right rude, disrespectful and unpleasant customer service. I can't believe they treat their customers on this manner . I'll NEVER come spend my time or money at this establishment ever again. They need to do better. Period. All thumbs down i would leave less than 1 star if possible to be honest.
Did not send me a receipt. Wrote the wrong address done do my flowers were late! I would not use them if I were you!
