I did 2 last minute arrangement orders. They came through wonderfully. The flowers were gorgeous and the recipients grateful and surprised. I have walked into the shop several times and gotten flowers that were fresh and beautiful and arranged with care. I have no qualms about recommending Williams flowers and gift wholeheartedly.

I called from out of country. They were cheerful, helpful and kind. They followed up with an email that included a picture of the flower arrangement and offered me the opportunity to make changes to my liking. It was perfect as it was. An Christmas/birthday arrangement with a tropical vibe. It was elegant!

What wonderful custom service from Sienna of Williams Flower and Gift. During the ordering process we talked about the idea for a indoor planter to brighten the gloomy days of winter. Erin created a lovely wreath for my family. She sent me a Picture before delivery to ensure that I was happy with it and did not want her to make any adjustments . It was perfect as is, but I certainly appreciated seeing a picture before it was delivered . Great job Williams flower and gift !!

They did a very beautiful bouquet for my sister while she was in the hospital all by her self because of the Covid regulations she was very sick with pneumonia and the bouquet that they made brightened her day
