High level of service. They sent a pic of the arrangement the night before to confirm it was what I was expecting and they delivered on time.
Jennelle proactively reached out to inform me that the floral arrangement I selected was not available. They sent a picture of the replacement and asked me to respond asap if I had questions or if concerns. I was in a completely different time zone so was not able to respond quickly but I did share that I would let them know if the recipient liked the flowers.
