They were extremely rude to my mother on the phone. I was shocked - I heard the conversation and my mother was just wanting to check-out online and the website was preventing it. She called to get help, the person raised their voice at her just because she rephrased her question because she didn’t understand. Never in my life has a customer care line been so rude.

Updating my review. I received an email and spoke with someone on the phone today about our refund. We may not have received our flowers but did have a good final customer service experience in the end. Order never delivered. My husband ordered “same day delivery” flowers and we never received them. We received a text that they were delivered but we were home and no flowers. Checked with the neighbors and no flowers. I order flower arrangements for family members coast to coast. I have been looking for someone new in the Seattle Metro area. The search is over! Williams Flower and Gift has offices all over and can delivery to everyone on my list. Natalya was wonderful and so helpful at customizing the arrangement that I choose from the website. I will be a long-term, long-distance customer!
