Ordered from here twice. The first time, they saved my marriage. The second time was on the Valentines snow day. I know this day is there "super bowl", however, they were unable to deliver due to road conditions. They gave me a refund with no questions asked, as I had the option for a follow on delivery on a different day. I appreciate that and will be back and Williams again soon.

Purchased a Valentine’s Day set of flowers for my wife about 2 weeks ago to be delivered yesterday 2/14. To my surprise, the flowers were NEVER delivered and didn’t even get a phone call telling me that they weren’t going to be able to complete the delivery. Next day, they don’t call either so I’m having to call them regarding this. They refunded me but did nothing regarding my inconvenience. Ordered a flower arrangement for an employee who just had a baby. The selections were versatile and we were very excited to find out they could deliver to Shelton. We would definitely use this florist again in the future!

My original order was not what I expected from the photo online. The shop manager (or maybe owner) went to GREAT LENGTHS to make the order right, and the bouquet that was delivered was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this florist!
