This business posts store locations around the City that don't exist. A sign in the window at a storage locker or a Real Estate Office or a Guitar store doesn't make that a location. They're just gaming Google SEO and hurting real, brick and mortar flower shops is the area. And no, claiming these addresses are pick up locations is BS.
There was a delivery mishap yesterday and the flowers we ordered were sent to the wrong house. I spoke with Trina today, and she was able to get everything resolved quickly. I was on the phone for less than five minutes and she was able to get a new delivery set up with no additional charge. Thank you for your help and assistance in this!
