Just no, no, no! My mom died 4/30. My husband really tried to set this Mother’s Day up for me. He ordered flowers frm this place. The flowers never came but he rcvd an email saying they delivered the flowers Saturday at 11:30 at night. He called, starting at 6:00 pm, he emailed, left messages. No one answered. Basically they took his $ and shut off. If they are a real business, Mother’s Day has to be their bread and butter. You would think they would stay open for follow-thru. But instead, they are MIA.

Worse experience ever, I never received the flowers their customer service is by far the worse I have experienced. I called at least 15 times to make sure the flowers arrive I also offered to meet the delivery driver and nothing, they wasted my time until closing time and I never could order other flowers, stay away and don't buy from them total fraud.

Terrible experience... I ordered a day in advance, they waited till the end of the business day to tell they didn't have the flowers in the order... later they called and said they would upgrade the order and have it sent by the time designated to make up for the issue. The florist also stated she would send me a picture of the updated boquet to make it works with the substitues ... they didn't do that. I did an order over the phone to make sure I could get what I wanted as I live in WI. The phone order was placed and the florist called me back to make a couple of tweaks to work with what she had on hand and what I wanted. It was delivered on time and it was beautiful! 5 stars, highly recommended!
