I bought an outdoor fireplace from Williams that did not draft properly. I called and they came out and looked at it and were able to diagnose it immediately. They said the whole problem is you're not supposed to put wood-burning fireplaces outdoors. Problem solved. I now have have a fireplace that I cannot use. Buyers beware.
