I've had the most bizarre and frustrating experience of my life trying to book an appointment as a new patient with this practice. I have to tell you that my multiple voice mails and emails have gone unanswered regarding scheduling a simple eye exam. I am a 67-year-old man who hales from Boston with extensive experience interacting with medical professionals. This is new territory for me, being treated this way as a potential new patient. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Williams is also great! He is thorough, genuine and truly cares about his patients well being. Over-all, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend them!
