the dental hygenist that cleaned my teeth was rough and heavy handed-she was not the one scheduled to do my cleaning, but was open after my fillings were done- next time I'll wait! This is the second time I have commented on this hygenist- the first time I told the staff at the desk. Going to the dentist is stressful to me, I want someone to care for and clean my teeth with GENTLE precision and not as an after-thought.

I had one experience that I was not happy about. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically said in my message that I wanted a cleaning and ONLY a cleaning. When I came to the office, they were already planning to do x-rays and an examination, which showed as "accepted" on my bill, which I saw later. I refused the x-rays when the hygienist said that she wanted to take them and signed a form. Then she asked me if I wanted the dentist to "see me."
