So sad Tried to make an appointment because of a problem I’m having with my eye First off I was told by whoever makes the appointments that it didn’t sound like an eye problem ( is she a medical professional) And if the doctor can’t find a billing diagnosis for my insurance I will be paying out of pocket Refused to give her name and hung up on me Called back and whoever hung up without addressing the call I don’t care how good the Dr maybe your help will destroy your practice
Had cataract surgery and the staff was great they even called me a few hours later to make sure I’m doing okay
Set your fear aside and don’t put off your cataract procedure. Maybe the word surgery is what would make you worry. I was referred by my retina doctor to William’s Eye Institute located at 9797 Massachusetts Crown Point, In. 46307 At the time of your 1st visit you will know this is where you are supposed be. I have gone 3 times everytime they where over booked each time. Waited more the 1/2 . The front staff was busy talking about there personal lifes what they did over the week end every appointment. Samantha was very unprofessional and rude. She had religious music playing in the room. Which is very offensive and added stress. Also made a big deal about not taking the pressure of my eye.
