What a great experience! We stopped in to look at cabinets and countertops for a kitchen make over and Maddi helped us not only find the cabinets we wanted, she went the extra mile by "redesigning" the kitchen by putting the pantry in a different location and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Maddi also saw that we weren't excited about any of the countertops we were looking at and went to a different area and brought back a counter sample that she said she used in her own home. If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired a contractor for a full kitchen remodel, and based on his existing relationship with Williams, we were referred to work with Marybeth. She came to our home, discussed our needs, and took measurements. Unfortunately, almost every aspect of our cabinet order was incorrect. The measurements were off, the wrong cabinet styles and sizes were delivered, and even the blind corner cabinet insert was not what we discussed.
