Keith and staff were lovely and easy to work with. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I received my commissioned pieces on time. Quality was exceptional with great pricing.
Disappointing experience overall. I tried to reach out after the fact for receipts and to potentially get my engagement ring sized for a third time. No call backs, Keith is rude and makes you feel small if you do not show up with jewellery worth thousands. Made comments about how small my engagement band was right from the moment we met.
