We took my wife's ring to another shop and they claimed it needed the crown and several other prongs replaced immediately. They suggested we not leave their store with her ring without those repairs being made. We then went to Williams Diamond Center and they looked at it and said they couldn't find anything that needed repair on her ring. Then I shared the laundry list of what was claimed to be wrong with the ring, and they took a second look.
