Glenn Williams installed a custom spa valued at over $50,000 for my elderly mother. The stainless steel handrails he installed had to be replaced three times and the spa is leaking due to the dodgy way he "fixed" the handrails. He strung out the repairs for so long, once we finally contacted consumer affairs we were advised it was too late to have them intervein.
